Robinson to Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company bearing date of January 19, 2007 and recorded January 19, 2007 in Mortgage Book 824 at Page 106 in the Register of Mesne Conveyances/Register of Deeds/Clerk of Court for Fairfield County, in the original principal sum of One Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Eight and 00/100 Dollars ($159,538.00).
