The Oil Painters of America, including artist Noelle Brault, descended on Winnsboro Oct. 15 to paint the town. Titled the Plein Air Paint Out, artists from near and far set up their easels in back yards, street corners and anywhere else they found scenic subject matter in Winnsboro. At the end of the day, a reception was held at the Women’s Club where juried artwork was displayed, judged and awarded. Noelle’s work of art won second place.
