WINNSBORO (Feb. 3, 2016) — RWA’s Mitchell Gibbons sails in for the layup Tuesday night vs. Newberry Academy. The Eagles knocked off Newberry 49-46. The Lady Eagles, meanwhile, opened the night with an incredible 69-11 win on Senior Night. Jaycie Johnson led the way with 19 points. Gracie Atkerson dropped in 11, while Alyssa Atkerson added 10. The Lady Birds are now 9-0 in region play, and 20-1 overall. Richard Winn wraps up the regular season Friday at King.
