COLUMBIA – For the third time in the 20-year history of Richard Winn Academy volleyball, the Lady Eagles will make an appearance on center court to play for the SCISA Class A state championship.
The Lady Eagles boosted their overall record to 22-0 Saturday with playoff victories over Beaufort Academy (25-16, 25-18) and Mead Hall School (25-20, 25-16) to capture the upper state title and advance to Monday’s championship game.
The Lady Eagles will face region foe Anderson Christian Monday at 6:30 p.m. at Glenforest School, 1041 Harbor Dr., W. Columbia, 29169.
