Richard Winn Academy’s Megan Simpson punches a swinging bunt into the infield Tuesday as Kimmy Albert breaks from third. The Lady Eagles pounded Great Falls, 11-1 behind starting pitcher Bailey Taylor, who struck out 7 and walked just two in the win. Simpson was 3-for-3 at the plate, with a walk and 3 RBIs. Alyssa Atkerson drew three walks, going 1-for-1 with a double and an RBI. Jordan Paris went 1-for-2 with a double and 2 RBIs and Cassidy Branham went 1-for-1 with two walks and an RBI. The Lady Eagles traveled to W.W. King Thursday and return home to face Wardlaw Monday at 5:30 p.m.
