The rain may have dampened the Pig on the Ridge festival last weekend, but not the barbecue . . . it was great, as usual. Show here are the barbecue winners for the professional division: Tony Crout (fifth place) of Blythewood’s Doko Smoke, Gene Culberson (first place) of Backwoods BBQ and Ley Morris (second place) of Blowing Smoke. And Crout’s cooking rig sort of won first place since it was used by Culberson’s cook crew to turn out Backwood’s winning entry.
