Homecoming King and Queen contestants braved some brutal weather at Westwood High School Friday night, but the downpour didn’t dampen their spirits as the student body crowned Kelsey Briggs (right) Queen, Hjallon Syrkett King, with Raven Garrick-Duckett filling out the Court as runner-up.
