The towns of Blythewood, Ridgeway and Winnsboro are gearing up for the annual Big Grab 43-mile yard sale on Sept. 5 and 6. This is one of the largest events in the area and draws crowds from all over S.C. and N.C. to visit our towns, shop for antiques, collectibles and bargains, dine in our restaurants and lodge in local hotels. Besides the additional income it brings to businesses and community members, it puts our towns on the map and in the news because of the positive comments from our visitors. Many return to the area because of their Big Grab experience.
We hope your business or industry will consider being a sponsor this year to help us with the cost of advertising and to showcase our communities as well as businesses. Blythewood, Ridgeway, Winnsboro and the Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce are annual sponsors. We will be seeking sponsorships from local businesses and are asking participants to pay a very small registration fee to help with advertising.
