WINNSBORO – A memorial service for Fred Bass Jr., 56, will be held on Friday, Aug. 9, 2013 at Gordon Memorial United Methodist Church’s Family Life Center conducted by the Rev. Walt Ballinger from 6-8 pm.
Born in Chester, Mr. Bass was the son of the late Fred Bass Sr. and Myrtle Clark Bass. Mr. Bass is survived by one sister, Kathy Davis, and her husband Butch of Tolar, Texas; one brother, Bobby Bass, and his wife Hope of Winnsboro; as well as two nieces, Katherine and Allison Bass and one nephew Cameron Bass.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Bass is predeceased in death by one brother, Timothy Bass. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent in Mr. Bass’s honor to Gordon Memorial United Methodist Church, 502 Fifth St., Winnsboro, S.C. 29180.
