WINNSBORO – Funeral services for Lillian Dale Yarborough, age 79, will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Pope Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Union Memorial Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Yarborough died on March 26, 2013 at Agape Hospice in Columbia. She was the wife of the late Thomas Yarborough and the daughter of the late Alton and Nellie Brinson. She was born in Winnsboro on June 26, 1933 and was a homemaker. Mrs. Yarborough loved flowers, gardening and gemstone hunting. She especially enjoyed her grandchildren.
Mrs. Yarborough is survived by a son, Thomas Yarborough of Pinnsboro, W.Va.; a daughter, Nancy E. Johns of Calhoun, Tenn.; a sister, Loretta Rhodes of Williston, S.C.; seven grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
