State Superintendent of Education Mick Zais (left) visited four Fairfield County School District schools Thursday, including Fairfield Magnet School for Math and Science where he met with principal Gail Whitfield (right). Dr. Zais also visited Fairfield Middle School, Fairfield Elementary School and McCrorey Liston School of Technology. Before touring each location, Dr. Zais discussed performance data with the school principal, Superintendent of Schools J.R. Green, and Board members Beth Reid and Paula Hartman.
