The Lady Bengals cross country team was in Charlotte Saturday for the Wendy’s Invitational. Each Lady Bengal set either a personal or season best time.
After the meet head coach Mike Mauldin was proud of his team’s performance.
“This team continues to improve with every meet,” he said.
Aleah Wilson finished 29th out of 205 runners with a personal best of 20:09. Rounding out the top runners for Blythewood was Kendra Burkhardt (21:55), Caroline Hitchner (22:15), Khaoula Bahij (24:35), Bethany Mitchell (24:55), Morgan Alder (25:15) and Morgan Anderson (27:01).
“The competition was outstanding and the ladies performed very well,” Mauldin said.
