S.C. Lions District 32-D Governor-Elect Charlene Frye has appointed Winnsboro Lion Paul Dove as a zone chair for the district. Included in the zone are Lions Clubs in Chester, Great Falls, Rock Hill and Winnsboro. Lion Dove will continue his tenure through 2013 on the Lions Advisory Committee to the Medical University of South Carolina’s Storm Eye Institute. He is the past president of the Winnsboro Lions Club.
