Bengal girls down Spartanburg in Round 1

BLYTHEWOOD – Blythewood’s varsity girls soccer team knocked off Spartanburg with a 5-0 shutout in the first round of the 5A State playoffs on Monday.

The Bengals advance to a second round game against JL Mann in Greenville at 7p.m. today.

Last week, Blythewood finished out their region schedule with a 5-0 win over Fort Mill.
