NuClear Winners

 

Fairfield Magnet School for Math and Science students Tavetria Amponsah, left, and and Tiauna Turner, right, were awarded for their drawings in the 18th Annual North American Young Generation in Nuclear (NAYGN) Drawing Contest. After winning at the State level for their artwork in the “NuClear: the NEW Clear Air Energy” contest, Tavertria’s drawing won first place and Turner’s won second at the national level. The students won money, science and energy books, and art supplies and were featured at the National NAYGN Nuclear Power Convention.
