Blythewood artist Harold Branham is well known for telling the story behind every picture he paints.
So he was first choice of the Arts on the Ridge Festival organizers to participate in the Every Picture
Tells a Story event at the Festival on Saturday. Above he tells the story of how he captured Curtis Robinson,
Sr., of Blythewood, fishing off a bridge. Branham won a second place in the People’s Choice and
placed third in the juried art competition.
