I have known Mark Palmer for several years and have found him to be an honorable Christian man. As a fellow veteran, his U.S. Army service in Operation Iraqi Freedom and him being the recipient of the Bronze Star speaks to his patriotism and valor. More than anything else, what I like about Mark is his willingness to challenge not only Democrats when they are wrong, but Republicans when they are on the wrong side of an issue as well. Mark will work to fix our roads, pass true ethics reform, improve education by voting for the Rural Education Initiative, cut taxes for working families and support the second amendment. These are the issues that are important to me and they are important to Mark Palmer as well.
What Fairfield County has lacked in Columbia is majority representation. Since Republicans are in control of the House, Senate and the Governor’s mansion, Fairfield County needs representation from the majority party. If Fairfield really wants a voice in Columbia, Vote for Mark Palmer for S.C. Senate 17.
