Longtime Blythewood resident Pam Dukes has been appointed to the Town’s Board of Architectural Review. Dukes is the Executive Director of Senior Resources, Inc. Prior to that she served 28 years at the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) and most recently held the position of Deputy Director of Health Regulation. Dukes has previously served on Town Council.
